Affirming.
Under an indictment charging bim with the murder of Frank Collins, Bige Frost has been found g’uilty of voluntary manslaughter and his punishment fixed at imprisonment for twenty-one years and he is appealing'.
The first ground relied on for reversal is that the verdict of the jury is not supported by and is palpably and flagrantly against the weight of the evidence and this and other grounds relied on necessitate a review of the evidence.
