This was a suit brought by appellants, Elsie M. Morris and her husband, James Morris, to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been received by Mrs. Monis by reason of the alleged negligence of appellee’s employes, who were operating a street car in the city of Galveston, upon which Mrs. Morris was a passenger.
