MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS

EGINTON, District Judge.

The petitioner is an inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut (“FCI Danbury”). He brings this action for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2241. In Ostrer v. Luther, 615 F.Supp. 1568 (D.Conn.1985), the Court dismissed the instant petition for failure to exhaust administrative remedies.
