*918 MEMORANDUM OPINION ON DEBTOR’S MOTION TO EXTEND AUTOMATIC STAY

This case was filed by Amy Hijjawi (“Debtor”) under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code but was converted into Chapter 7. In the original Chapter 11 case, the secured creditor Five North Wabash Condominium Association (“Association”) moved for relief from the automatic stay to allow the Association to enforce its non-bankruptcy rights and remedies by dispossessing Debtor from three condominium units.
