The appellant sued the appellees for malpractice as physicians and surgeons. The complaint alleged that on the 10th of January, 1880, the appellant’s leg was broken; that the appellees were practicing physicians and surgeons in the neighborhood where the appellant resided, and as such were called upon and requested to exercise their professional knowledge and skill in adjusting and setting said broken bone, and cure and heal the same; that they undertook the same as such physicians and surgeons, for a reasonable fee, to be thereafter paid them; that, without any fault on appellant’s…
