Defendant appeals from his conviction of statutory rape, with punishment assessed by the jury at ninety-nine years, with judgment entered accordingly.
Defendant does not deny the prose-cutrix, age twelve, was raped by someone. His first point is that the state’s evidence was insufficient to identify him as the man.
