—Arthur Miller secured a default judgment against James Patterson in an action brought under RCW 49.52.070, seeking double damages and attorney's fees and costs for unlawful withholding of wages. Patterson asserts that the trial court erred by denying his motion to dismiss for want of prosecution under CR 41(b)(2)(A) and by entering judgment for an amount certain without proper compliance with CR 55(b). We disagree and affirm the judgment.
