Following oral argument on July 11, 2007,1 took under advisement Defendant Nasim’s Motion to Dismiss and Plaintiffs Motion to File an Amended Complaint. For the reasons set forth below, the Defendant Tahir Nasim’s Motion is denied and the Plaintiff is granted leave to file an amended complaint.
