A. Placement of Plaintiff on Suicide Watch
On June 1, 2013, Plaintiff was an incarcerated inmate at Rockland County Correctional Facility ("RCCF"). (Defendant's Rule 56.1 Statement ("Def. 56.1"), ¶ 2, ECF No. 110-27.)
