Mrs. Leno Brown bought from G. L. Holloway a restaurant which he was operating at Douglasville. She gave her promissory notes for part of the purchase-money, secured by two mortgages, one covering personalty and the other covering real estate. Among the provisions in the contract covering the sale of the restaurant was the following: “In consideration of said premises and said sale, the said G. L.
