OPINION AND ORDER
REDDEN, District Judge.
The matter before the court is Brett Sorenson’s motion (doc. 1) for enforcement of judgment and petition for habeas corpus. Oral argument was held March 14, 2005.
A. Background.
On December 5, 1988, this court sentenced Mr. Sorenson, pursuant to a plea agreement, to 15 years of incarceration (the statutory mandatory minimum) for the offense of being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm, with an Armed Career Criminal Enhancement (ACCE).
