The plaintiff .brought this action to set aside three deeds to her three brothers on the ground' that they were procured by the defendants acting together j ointly by the exercise of undue influence on her mother at a time when she was not of sound mind and when by reason of her physical and mental condition she was not capable of making deeds of conveyance and contracts and did not know and realize the contents of the deeds or the purport thereof. She also prayed for partition, alleging that she was the owner of one-fourth of the estate…
