WILLIAM PRYOR, Circuit Judge:

This petition for enforcement presents two issues: whether substantial evidence supports an order of the National Labor Relations Board and whether that order is moot. After employees at Allied Medical Transport, Inc., elected a union to represent them, Allied suspended and later discharged Renan Fértil and Yvel Nicolas, two of the employees who supported the campaign to elect a union.
