Counsel for plaintiff in error does not urge the admission of incompetent and irrelevant testimony as-errar, but confines his argument for reversal to the following-propositions : First, that there was adduced no evidence that the burglary was committed in the nighttime; and, second, that there was no evidence sufficient to connect defendant with the entry of the building.
