This is a petitory action for the recovery of a certain lot or parcel of ground in the City of New Orleans.

The plaintiff is the widow of Henry Muller, who died in 1882.

Several year's prior to his death, she had brought suit and recovered judgment against him for paraphernal funds and for separation of property and dissolution of the community of acquets and gains.
