ROGERS, Chief Judge:

Appellant, Christopher Bourn, appeals from his conviction by a jury of possession with intent to distribute phencyclidine (PCP) and cannabis (marijuana), and possession of marijuana, D.C.Code § 33-541(a)(l) & (d) (1985 Supp.). Among his claims of error are (1) the use of his testimony at a suppression hearing to impeach him at trial; (2) the failure to strike the testimony of witnesses who allegedly violated the rule on witnesses; (3) the lack of adequate instructions of unanimity; and (4) the imposition of a separate sentence for possession of marijuana which is a lesser…
