ERVIN, Chief Judge:

A jury found Sam Edward Jones guilty of possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and possession of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(e). Jones appeals his convictions arguing (1) that evidence used against him at trial was obtained by using a search warrant which was not supported by probable cause, (2) that expert testimony was improperly admitted, and (3) that he should be resentenced because he was not informed of the government’s objections to the pre-sentence report prior to his…
