This appeal arises by reason of a writ of certiorari issued from this court for the purpose of passing upon the sufficiency of the evidence and the validity of the proceeding upon which a judgment for contempt was entered against 1he petitioner by the respondent, a judge of the municipal court of the City of Sioux City, Iowa.
