Davison-Paxon Company (Davison’s), Petitioner herein, has petitioned this Court to review and set aside a decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board (the Board), Respondent, dated June 11, 1971, 1 and issued pursuant to Section 10 of the National Labor Relations Act (the Act), 29 U.S.C.A. § 151 et seq. The Board, in its answer, has cross-petitioned for enforcement of the order.
