Appellant called 911 and asked the police to come to her home because she had just shot her husband in self-defense. The police came and found her husband dead on the living room floor. While appellant sat in a patrol car, officers conducted a preliminary investigation, took photographs, made notes, and gathered up the appellant’s gun.
