Introduction

The defendant, Duane M. Horton, appeals from a Family Court decision pending entry of final judgment of divorce. Specifically, the defendant challenges the trial justice’s assignment of property and the award of alimony, health insurance coverage, and custody of the parties’ two children to the plaintiff, Josephine K.
