The defendant, Robert C. Valle, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of four counts of sale of a hallucinogenic substance in violation of General Statutes §§ 2 la-277 (a) and 53a-8, and one count of conspiracy to sell a hallucinogenic substance in violation of General Statutes §§ 21a-277 (a) and 53a-48.
