Defendant Ernest appeals a trial court order under ORS 23.280 et seq that denied a discharge of his homestead from the lien of plaintiff s judgment. We affirm.

In 1982, plaintiff obtained a judgment against defendant for $2,710.75, plus interest, which became a lien on defendant’s real property. ORS 18.350(1). In 1984, defendant and his wife filed a bankruptcy petition under chapter 7 and were later discharged.
