Defendant appeáls from an .order permitting pláintiffs to levy execution on defendant's .homestead property. The levy was an attempt to enforce an alleged judgment lien. The judgment debt had previously been discharged in bankruptcy. The entire record consists of the trial court file, no evidence was taken. ,
