This is a bill in equity to enjoin the respondent from violating the “Fair trade act,” G. L. 1956, chap. 12 of title 6. At the prior hearing the court was evenly divided. United States Time Corp. v. Ann & Hope Factory Outlet, Inc., 97 R. I. 514, 199 A.2d 310. We were- therefore unable to answer the questions of law certified by a justice of the superior court pursuant to G.
