International Waste Industries, Inc., appeals from the district court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of Cape Environmental Management, Inc., in its action in which International Waste alleged claims for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, quantum meruit, detrimental reliance, and intentional misrepresentation.
