MOORE, Judge.
J.R.L. (“the mother”) appeals from a judgment of the Clay Juvenile Court (“the juvenile court”) terminating her parental rights to A.R.W. (“the child”).1 We reverse.
Facts
The child was born on June 26, 2007, in Bessemer. At that time, A.W. (“the father”), to whom the mother was never married, was away serving in the United States Army and the mother was living at the father’s mother’s house.
