In this case, we are asked to decide whether the plaintiffs complaint alleges sufficient facts to allow the Supreme Court, Westchester County, at this stage of the action, to exercise personal jurisdiction over the appellants—three nonresident, former branch managers of a New York-based corporation, who are alleged to have breached their respective employment agreements with that corporation.
