This matter is before the court on the plaintiff Rebco Towing Company’s (hereinafter “Rebco”) complaint against the defendants, River Line, Inc. (hereinafter “River Line”) and Inland Transportation Company, Inc. (hereinafter “Inland”), for relief from the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362. Irwin Deutscher, trustee for H & S Transportation Company, Inc. (hereinafter “H & S”), filed a motion to intervene on December 11, 1981. A pre-trial conference was held on December 15, 1981.
