MOORMAN, Circuit Judge.
Wuichet and others were indicted under section 215 of the Penal Code (Comp. St. § 10385), charged in numerous counts with misuse of the mails in furtherance of a scheme to defraud. They were also indicted for a conspiracy to violate section 215. The cases were consolidated and some of the defendants dismissed, but others entered pleas of guilty, and Wuichet pleading not guilty was tried and convicted.
