This cause is here by leave of this court on certiorari to review a judgment of the Appellate Court for the Second District reversing and remanding, with directions, a decree of the circuit court of LaSalle county dismissing for want of equity a bill filed in that court by defendant in error against plaintiffs in error, seeking to enforce an alleged equitable lien on the proceeds of a number of hogs sold by plaintiffs in error as trustees for one Kelley.
