This action was brought by appellants, as stockholders of the Nelson Neal Lumber Company, a corporation, to recover on behalf of, and for the benefit of, it and appellants from the other defendants the proceeds of certain fire insurance which the second amended complaint alleges was the property of the Nelson Neal Lumber Company and which the other defendants misappropriated.
