This case was heard on its merits at the June 1965 Session upon the facts admitted by the pleadings, and the admissions on file secured by defendant pursuant to K. S. A. 60-236. The only question presented is the legal effect of what in fact was done by the State Highway Commission in relation to plaintiffs’ land. Those facts about which there is no dispute, and which control this case as a matter of law, are correctly stated in the court’s opinion.
