On November 17, 2005, the plaintiff Ferguson-Kubly Industrial Services, Inc. (“Ferguson”) filed its complaint seeking both an entry of declaratory judgment and injunctive relief. ' Ferguson’s complaint arises out of the threatened termination of a dealership, which Ferguson contends is governed by the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law (“WFDL”). (CompLf 1.)
