This appeal arises from a judgment for appellees, Mattie Rowden (Rowden) individually and as next friend of William R. Row-den, II (William) a minor, Mike Muller, and John Sayen, granting recovery against Cypress Creek Utility Service Company, Inc., (Cypress) and John Wesley Carroll and Cecil R. Carroll, Jr. (Carroll), for personal injuries and property damage sustained in an automobile collision which occurred in November, 1976.
