{¶ 1} Respondent, Kenneth Jeff Freeman of Cleveland, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0018940, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1981. We publicly reprimanded Freeman in April 2002 for neglecting a client’s bankruptcy, handling an adversarial proceeding in another client’s bankruptcy without adequate preparation, and initially failing to cooperate in the resulting disciplinary investigation.
