This appeal is taken from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Cook County against the City of Chicago assessing damages in the sum of $1.00 and costs.
The judgment was entered in a consolidated action for trespass and forcible detainer brought by the Elmhurst National Bank against the City of Chicago and certain public utilities, which were afterward dismissed, leaving the City of Chicago as the sole defendant.
