MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ALESIA, District Judge.

Before the court is defendant Park For-esfi-Chicago Heights School District 163’s motion for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(c). For the following reasons, the court grants defendant’s motion for summary judgment.

I. BACKGROUND 1

Beginning February 1996, plaintiff Leonard Juniel, Sr. (“Juniel”), an African-American, was employed in an educational support or administrative personnel position as the Director of Technology for defendant Park Forest-Chicago Heights School District 163 (“the District”). Juniel was not…
