1 1 Plaintiffs Surety Underwriters (Surety) and Certified Surety Group, Ltd. (Certified), appeal from the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of defendants Steve Chiang and Eva Yu Chiang and denying plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment. We affirm.

BACKGROUND
