{¶ 1} Miranda Casteel appeals from her conviction for aggravated possession of drugs, a charge to which she pleaded no contest after the trial court denied her motion to suppress. On appeal, Appellant contends that 1) the trial court erred in denying her motion to suppress; and 2) the trial court's decision to admit the audio recording of the conversation between Sergeant Heddleston and herself that was recorded at a Rite Aid Store was an abuse of discretion.
