Defendant Morris D. French was convicted by a jury on two counts of robbery in the first degree with a dangerous and deadly weapon in violation of §§ 560.120 and 560.-135, RSMo 1969, and sentenced to ten years imprisonment on each count, the sentences to run concurrently. Defendant appeals from his conviction.
