This was a libel in admiralty by Ihe owners of the steamer Benton against the Combination Bridge Company to recover for the loss of Lite boat. Heard on pleadings and proof.

SHIRAS, District Judge.

The Combination Bridge Company, the respondent herein, is a corporation created under the laws of the state of Iowa, and is the owner of a combined railroad and wagon bridge across the Missouri liver at Sioux City, Iowa, which bridge was erected under the provisions of the act of congress approved March 2, 1889 (25 Stat. 849) and the act amendatory thereof, approved April 30, 1890 (2(5 Stat. 79).
