DODGE, District Judge.

In an opinion filed December 1, 1910 (201 Fed. 131), overruling exceptions to the libel filed by the county of Bristol and its commissioners, the nature of this case has been stated and its history reviewed up to that point. Since the exceptions were overruled as above, there have been two amendments to the libel, on January 10 and January 30, 1911, neither requiring special notice here. On April 15, 1911, the Staples Coal Company filed exceptions to the answers which had been filed to its petition, on June 11, 1910, by the county of Bristol and by Messrs.-Bryant, Chase,…
