The United States brought this action under a provision of the Controlled Substances Act, 21 U.S.C.A. § 881(a)(7), seeking forfeiture of a piece of property on which law enforcement agents found marijuana plants growing. Horace E. and Dorothy A. Taylor, the owners of the property, and Farm Credit Bank of Texas, which holds a mortgage on the property, have filed claims to the property.
