OPINION
THOMPSON, District Judge.
In this lawsuit brought pursuant to 21 U.S.C.A. § 881(a)(7), plaintiff United States of America seeks forfeiture of two defendant parcels of property which it alleges were used to facilitate the sale of cocaine. Only one person, Veronica Walker, has filed a claim to the two parcels. 1 This lawsuit is now before the court on five motions: three motions for dismissal and a motion to compel filed by Mrs. Walker and a motion for summary judgment filed by the government.
