MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
BRODERICK, District Judge.
The plaintiff, College Hall Fashions, Inc. (“Company”), filed a petition in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County to vacate an arbitrator’s award in a dispute growing out of plaintiff’s termination of its manufacturing operations. Pursuant to Section 301 of the Taft-Hartley Act of 1947 (29 U.S.C. § 185) 1 and 28 U.S.C. § 1441, defendant Philadelphia Joint Board Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America (“Union”), removed the action to this Court, and now moves for judgment on the pleadings.
