Per Curiam,

On November 24, 1925, the following order was filed in this case: “Plaintiff, appellee, has moved to quash defendant’s appeal on the ground that an exhibit offered and accepted in evidence by the court below does not appear in the record filed in this court, and that appellant has refused to file the exhibit after demand made upon his counsel so to do. The latter filed an answer in which he averred, inter alia, that no such paper as that referred to in the petition was in fact offered in evidence, and, therefore, that it had not been omitted from the record; thus a square issue of…
