Neither party to this controversy is satisfied with the result reached in the court below, and as a consequence we have here two appeals from the same decree. We shall consider first that of the defendants in the proceeding below. Separate reference to each of the seventy-seven assignments of error would be impracticable. Fortunately the case does not require it. More than three-fourths of them relate to the findings of fact by the court, and the complaint with respect to each is, that it is not supported by the evidence.
