Alderdiee and others, constituting the children .of James Monroe Alderdiee, deceased, by his first wife, against Great Southern Life Insurance Company and Vivian L. Alderdiee, individually and as executrix under the will of James Blonroe Alderdiee, deceased, ‘to recover the amount due under a life insurance policy issued by the insurance company on the life of James Monroe Alderdiee.
