The question presented on this appeal is whether a police officer, who has been filled thirty days’ pay, pursuant to section 302 of the Greater New York Charter, is entitled tb his salary for the period during which he was suspended without pay pending the disposition Of the departmental Charges against him upon which he was convicted and fined.
Plaintiff, a member of the police department of the city of New York, was suspended from duty without pay on April 7, 1933, following written charges preferred against him.
